5 YEARS AGO VS. NOW


Talk about life must change or there are things that still the same from the beginning until now.
. So did I, when we talk about 5 years ago when it seemed my first high school class. . And do not feel very fast time went by, it seemed only yesterday I go to school and now I have the 5th semester in Univrsity. Already so much had I passed, but there are the customs or the same things that I still feel and do. Here are some of my current similiarities 5 years ago until now.
The first similarity  is from the physical. 5 years ago I had a thin body; now does too. I do not know what caused my body did not experience a significant increase. Although I've tried various vitamins appetite enhancer. Still, it has no effect at all in my body. Nevertheless I shall remain grateful.The second similarity is of the hobby. My hobbies are traveling, nothing has changed. Not only when five years ago but also now I still like the name suggests traveling. Travelling anywhere I like. Such as, mountains, waterfalls, historical attractions and others. I think that traveling can relieve stress and makes me fresh. Travelling it does not necessarily have much or expensive, there is an important free time, and there are friends who accompany.

From the above paragraph I have explained some similarities myself 5 years ago to the present. Because life is spinning wheel and not always the same, there must be differences of ourselves. Moreover, the term fair amount of time like this. Further, I will explain some of the differences artifacts myself.The first difference that is from nature.
Most people may have the same properties although since several years But not for me. Since five years ago in my nature still childish; however now I've got older. I used to just love to play, walk with my friends, that makes me even including children were quite naughty at school, but now I've been able to reduce the bad habits with better think about my future.The second difference is of subjects / knowledge. Different from 5 years ago, now I am very happy with the English language. And once I really do not like it because I learned English by was very difficult , and also make head dizzy because the lesson I love about it is mathematics. Strangely when I get into high peguruan English majors. And even now I do not regret my choice and I very much enjoyed the majors that I chose this.
Similarities and differences occurred not directly we feel alone. However, it is with us that makes us want to stay together or who want to change. Many diagnostic equation of myself since 5 years ago it was on the physical and my hobby. And some of the differences are of a nature and education / knowledge. All that happened probably because of the changing times or from myself, because life is spinning.

HOW TO OVERCOME A FEAR

How to Overcome a fear
Fear is a normal and natural thing to happen to us. Sometimes the fear of making us more cautious in doing something and make us feel depressed even to hallucinate excessive. Fear occurs due to various causes for example, fear of heights, fear when in the dark, alone and scared as well because other things. Many people are confused how to overcome that fear and make them a beta-around with one another. If you want to overcome fear, here I have three ways to handle it:

First, to know the cause of your fear. The first step to speak against fear find out the cause, what makes you feel scared, and how to master you. By being aware of what causes fear, it will help you reduce the fear. Therefore, when trying to realize you try to talk to yourself to try to overcome them.

Second, Increase confidence in yourself. Improving confidence is another way to deal with fear in us. Believe that there would be nothing in yourself.

Third, to face your fears. When we have the courage to challenge the fear, for example when you are afraid of heights, go to a tall building and look down. then will come the tremendous power that can help us to overcome fear and to manage emotions churned inside of us.

Here the ways to overcome your fear, by identifying the cause of your fear, improve your self-confidence and face your fears. Know that, fear it will affect the body. Fear is indeed a natural thing, but do not let it affect your mind. For that, you have to be overcome.
